    About the Summit
Experience Management Nordic Summit is where the most experienced CX and EX practitioners in the Nordics come together to share what actually works not theories, not tools, but real results.
The conference is hosted by Experience Management Community, a network and learning platform for CX professionals. 
Each year, we gather 100 senior professionals from companies and feature speakers from organisations such as LEGO House, Copenhagen Airport, IKEA, Nordea, Grundfos, The Royal Danish Theatre and more.
Our focus:
What works in CX – shared by the people who’ve done it.
Concrete methods. Real cases. Measurable results.
The event is created by practitioners, for practitioners – and that includes our speakers. While we do feature a few speakers that are also consultants, our goal is to create a learning experience - not sales pitches. This is what separates our conference from all other conferences out there.
We also have a whole committee of CX practitioners - working behind the scenes to make sure we deliver the most CX worthy experience leading up to, during and after the conference.
 
        
        
      
    
    Your role as a speaker
Each speaker contributes a 20-minute keynote within one of our 4 block themes. The keynote is followed by a 20-minute sofa dialogue moderated by one of our facilitators.
The goal is not to impress, but to teach, inspire, and open dialogue. With the key note you highlight your most important points and during the sofa session, we dive deeper.
 Participants value authenticity, honesty, and practical learning over polished perfection.
You can:
- Share a concrete case, method, or transformation journey. 
- Be open about both what worked and what didn’t. 
- Bring 1 - 3 clear takeaway that others can apply. 
 
        
        
      
    
    What we look for
We curate all sessions to reflect real-world CX impact. We value:
- Clarity: focus on what was done and the outcome achieved. 
- Candour: share challenges and lessons learned. 
- Business relevance: link your work to measurable results (growth, retention, efficiency, wellbeing).

- Duration: 20 min keynote + 20 min dialogue 
- Language: English 
- Slides: Your own design (16:9 widescreen). 
- Audience: ~100 participants seated at round tables. 
- Equipment: Stage, screen, clicker, lapel mic (you’ll be assisted by our Speaker Support team). 
- Recording: Your session will be filmed and you’ll receive your own video and professional photos after the event.
