What we look for in our speakers

We value:

  • Experience! Share with us:
What you have done (not what you are thinking about doing).
How you did it. What did your roadmap look like?
    What challenges did you face?
What failed? Which lessions can you pass on to us?

  • Results! Let us know:
What measurable business outcomes have come from your efforts?
Link your work to results such as growth, retention, efficiency, staff wellbeing or whatever is relevant for what you are teaching us.

  • Authenticity!
Be yourself - we prefer a good human over a great show any day.
We want a learning space where people dare to engage so just give us the real you.

Your role as a speaker

What you get from us and what we want from you

You are our teacher: Help us succeed with our own CX work

Each speaker delivers a 20-minute keynote within one of our four themes, followed by a 20-minute sofa session moderated by our facilitators.

This isn’t about impressing; it’s about teaching, inspiring, and opening dialogue.

Think classroom.
Not showroom.

Non-negotiables for speakers

What you get from us and what we want from you

  • No sales pitches: Outcomes over tools!
Please - NO vendor logos without permission.
    Our audience doesn’t appreciate it.

  • Make it accessible: Few slides. Big fonts, strong contrast, minimal text; explain acronyms in real words. Only video if absolutely essential to your story. We can share any and all additional material with attendees via our online learning portal.

  • Respect the clock: Keep to time, other speakers and our breaks depend on you ❤️

  • Share takeaways: End with 1-3 practical actions someone wanting to do what you’ve done could start out with.

  • Recording consent: Sessions are recorded for the Summit ’26 Learning Hub.
