What we look for in our speakers

We value:

  • Experience: Bring a real case, not theory.

  • Results: Tell us what outcomes you achieved.

  • Authenticity: Be real this is a learning space, not a performance.

Your role as a speaker

What you get from us and what we want from you

Think classroom.
Not showroom.

Each speaker delivers a 20-minute keynote followed by a 20-minute sofa dialogue moderated by our team

We will work hard to make you look great, this is how -and what we hope you will provide in return

Visibility & promotion

We’ll work our socks off to make you shine on stage and beyond. We promote you, your work, your company, and your LinkedIn profile across our social channels in the lead-up to the Summit, inside our online learning community, and live from the stage.

To help you shine, and help us fill the room, we ask that you share your participation on LinkedIn at least three times:

  1. Speaker announcement

  2. Topic teaser (one insight or question you’ll cover)

  3. Final reminder (week of the event)

  1. Be human:
    Bring honesty, not a performance

  2. Make it accessible:
    Use big fonts, clear language

  3. Bring results:
    Share concrete change and outcome

  4. No sales pitches:
    No product promotions

  5. Respect the clock:
Keep to time so the day flows smoothly.

  6. Share takeaways:
    End with 1–3 practical actions

  7. Recording consent:
    All sessions are recorded.
