For the past five years, the Experience Management Community has been the go-to in-line learning space for Denmark’s most engaged CX professionals.

From online webinars to podcast, conference and Premium Memberships

We started as an online community with two monthly online sessions featuring webinars or masterclasses on the topics we wanted to learn about.

We since since expanded to hosting a podcast made by Thomas Stack, Head of CX, Albatros Travel and Founding Member of our Community.

We now also feature a Premium Membership tier for those who want to grow their learnings and connections face to face.

What we have built is a learning and networking environment focused on honest dialogue, zero vendor bias, and shared ambition for real business results.

Together, we’ve delivered more than 90 hours of professional learning through webinars, premium events, masterclasses, and our annual Summit, described by attendees as:

Now we’re expanding our learning platform across the Nordics:

👉 Transforming our annual Summit into a truly Nordic experience by switching to English and featuring speakers, onboarding partners and sponsors from across the Nordic Countries.

👉 Switching our learning platform’s main space to English with country specific sub-spaces. This way we can learn, share and grow our network and community across the Nordics, while still remaining locally relevant with an “at home feeling” for all.

👉 Expanding our podcast The Customer Journey (Kunderejsen) from Danish include an English version as well.
